The Greater Scranton YMCA is offering free virtual fitness classes to keep our members active and healthy during this time! Not only are we posting workouts on our Facebook page (be sure to like and follow the Greater Scranton YMCA’s Facebook page) with some of our instructors, but we are also offering other options!
MOSSA Moves - The Y has partnered with MOSSA to be able to offer you free in-home streaming services. You will need to create an account and supply a credit card to activate streaming. Beginning May 1st (if you haven't created an account already) use this LINKand you can access more than 20 classes in your home for free on iOS, Apple TV, Android TV, Roku and Amazon Fire TV. Classes cover 8 genres: HIIT, athletic training, yoga & Pilates, core training, MMA, weight lifting, dance and cycling. You may cancel at any time to end your subscription and avoid any charges.
